MICHELE KRISCO

Michele has served as the Assistant Director at the "Helene Yelverton Dance Studio" for the past twenty (21) years.  During this period, she has distinguished herself time and time again. Michele is a member of Dance Master's of America Inc. and was elected to the Board of Directors of this prestigious professional dance teacher's organization 8 years ago.

Miss Michele, as she is referred to by her pupils, has been honored on various occasions for her choreographic talents. She received the 'Best Choreography' award at two recent American Dance Awards competitions held at the Anderson Center, Binghamton University. Her students have been acknowledged with sundry awards while competing in numerous 'dance competitions' around the Northeast, including; the 'Dance Master's of America', the 'American Dance Awards', 'Cavalcade of Stars', and the 'United States Tournament of Dance'.

Michele has worked with the local Jewish Community Center's youth and choreographed their teenage competition program. She also taught and helped develop the Broome Community College 'Jazz Program'. Along with husband Steve, Michele's most prideful creations are their 10 year old daughter, Hollis Kate, and son, Cameron James.
